Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are based on the conditioning training and drills of a real fighter. You will learn how to use your feet/shins, fists, knees, and elbows in a series of striking combinations on a heavy punching bag, combined with specific body weight exercises, creating the most effective workouts. You will learn, train, and sweat like a real fighter.
But don’t get nervous! Our instructors teach in specific detail making it easy for the beginner student to learn. Our students describe the classes as exhilarating and exciting.
